The importance of sports in the life of a young student is invaluable. Sports play a pivotal role in the makeup of a young mind. It is a medium of learning values like discipline, responsibility, self confidence, sacrifice, and accountability.

V.E.A. always nourishes students to involve in sports. The school has a play ground where students play and practice all their activities. Rishra is a congested city and there are a limited numbers of playgrounds. Hence our students always prefer school play ground.

Our school is a big name in sports in Hooghly district, compared to other school in the district. School students have been performing better to best both in the indoor and outdoor game in district level as well as state level. for years after another.

Annual Sports:

Our school celebrates Annual Sports every year in the month of January. Participation in Annual Sports is mandatory for the students. It is a whole day programmed. Students participate in various games like Run, Shot Put, Throw the Ball, High Jump, and Go as you like etc. The program ends with prize distribution ceremony.
